Tim Arel presently is the property manager for North Point Management. He initiates litigation between tenants, insurance agents, and contractors whenever needed.  Tim Arel works with trained attorneys on such common issues as evictions, late rent payment or non-payment, public disturbance, requested changes in pre-determined services, or harassment.  To stay as knowledgeable as possible, Tim remains up-to-date on all laws including those at the municipal, county, state, and national level.  He understands the rights on both sides and, while partnering with attorneys, ensures any disputes have a fair resolution.
