North Point Property Management relies on Tim Arel to handle all press and public inquires about their property.  It is important for landlords or management companies to have an established policy for dealing with the press and questions from the public. If questions are responded to incorrectly, a management company may be adversely perceived by the public, property not as readily rented, and the landlord left open to liability. 

Tim Arel ensures North Point Property Management’s policies are upheld and that all employees adhere to it. He knows when to handle questions himself and when it’s necessary to refer questions concerning litigation to an attorney.  When it’s time to speak to the press, Tim Arel is able to confidently represent the organization and its property. He understands the parameters in which he can answer questions and offer information. As the Property Manager, he instructs other employees how to proceed if they are contacted by the press and makes sure the organization has a strong, consistent media presence.
